DAMAGED ITEMS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Charlie Candle Co. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
